Shop terms and conditions

  1. Seller: Gladiator Team s. r. o., registered office Nemocničná 18, 990 01 Veľký Krtíš, company ID 55416519, tax ID 2121980388, VAT ID SK2121980388. Premises: Gladiator Gym Lučenec, Námestie Artézskych prameňov 2924, 984 01 Lučenec. Contact: gladiatorgymlc@gmail.com, +421 948 303 354.
  2. The seller's entry in the commercial register: Commercial Register of the District Court Banská Bystrica, section: Sro, insert no. 46305/S.
  3. Subject of purchase: goods from the shop on this website (clothing, accessories, protein, bars and dietary supplements). Prices are final and include VAT.
  4. An order is placed by submitting the order form and paying; the purchase contract is concluded when the order is confirmed by email after payment. The confirmation contains the order number, items, prices, pick-up location and the seller's identification.
  5. Payment: online by payment card through the Stripe payment gateway. Payment data is processed exclusively by Stripe; we do not store it.
  6. Delivery: (a) pick-up at the chosen gym (Lučenec or Banská Bystrica) — free of charge, the customer states the order number at pick-up; (b) via Packeta to the chosen pick-up point or Z-BOX — €3.50; (c) via Packeta to an address in the Slovak Republic — €5.50. We deliver only within the Slovak Republic. Packeta options are shown in the cart according to the size of the order (Packeta weight limits).
  7. The delivery price is shown in the cart when you choose the delivery method and is added to the price of the goods as a separate item; prices are final and include VAT. After payment we create the Packeta shipment automatically; we will email you the shipment number and a tracking link, and you can also find them on the order confirmation page. If the order exceeds Packeta's limits, only pick-up at the gym or a delivery method that can take the shipment is offered.
  8. Returning goods on withdrawal from the contract: the consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods; the goods are returned to the address of the premises: Gladiator Gym Lučenec, Námestie Artézskych prameňov 2924, 984 01 Lučenec.
  9. Withdrawal from the contract: a consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason; withdrawal is notified to the seller (by email or via the form on the Withdrawal from the contract page). We will refund the money within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal, in the same way the customer paid; we are not obliged to refund the payment before we receive the goods back or proof that they have been sent.
  10. Complaints: the Complaints policy (separate page) applies. Warranty period: 24 months; for food and dietary supplements, the best-before date on the packaging applies.

Terms and conditions — entries, memberships and packages

  2. Subject of purchase: single entries, memberships and entry packages for the Gladiator Gym Lučenec according to the current price list.
  3. Payment is made online through the Stripe payment gateway. After a successful payment the customer receives a confirmation with a unique order number.
  4. Redemption: entry is redeemed at the front desk — a staff member verifies the payment by order number or the customer's email.
  5. Withdrawal from the contract and complaints are covered by the Withdrawal from the contract and Complaints policy pages.
  6. The validity of entry packages is limited (stated for each item in the price list).

Personal data protection — GDPR

  2. Data processed: name, email, phone (forms and orders); payment data is processed exclusively by Stripe — we do not store it.
  3. Purpose: processing orders, verifying entry at the front desk, answering enquiries from the form.
  4. Technical errors on the website are reported to the Sentry service (servers in the European Union) so that we can fix them; we do not send names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers or addresses to it — only the type of error and technical details about the page.
  5. Retention period: order data (data on accounting documents) is kept for 10 years under the Accounting Act; we do not store card payment data, it is processed by Stripe; enquiries from forms are kept for 1 year after they are handled; club accounts are kept until the account is cancelled.
  6. Data subject rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection) — requests to gladiatorgymlc@gmail.com.
  7. Cookies: the website uses only technically necessary cookies. Analytics is not used yet.
