A consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. If you want to withdraw, fill in the details below and send them to the seller by email.

  1. Send the withdrawal notice by email to the seller's address (below) within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  2. Return the goods without undue delay, at the latest within 14 days of the withdrawal notice, to the address of the premises: Gladiator Gym Lučenec, Námestie Artézskych prameňov 2924, 984 01 Lučenec.
  3. We will refund your money within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, in the same way you paid; we are not obliged to refund the payment before we receive the goods back or proof that you have sent them. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
